Advisory only

Answers are suggestions to help Regional 211 curators. They are not decisions by Ohio 211, any Regional 211, or Polymath Strategies LLC.

Curators and each record holder make every listing, coding and inclusion decision. Inclusion checks describe how a draft policy may apply; the policy is a draft and may change.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Directory data, ProPublica records and organization websites can be incomplete, out of date or wrong; verify before acting. The service may be unavailable at times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polymath Strategies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions made using the service.

Authorized use

The service is for Ohio 211 network curators and staff who have been given access. Keep the shared password confidential; do not share it outside your organization.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, or use it to build a competing dataset. Access may be suspended or ended at any time.

What you paste

Paste organization information only. Do not paste personal information about clients, callers or other individuals (health details, case notes, contact details of private persons).

Text you submit is sent to OpenAI for processing under its API terms. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default, and our requests ask it not to store them, though OpenAI may keep requests for a limited time for abuse monitoring. Text is also checked against the Ohio 211 Resource Directory and public sources (ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer and the organization's own website).

Logs and retention

We keep a minimal log of each question for quality and cost monitoring: no raw pasted text; organization names only as a length and fingerprint; phone numbers and EINs only as their last four digits; websites only as their host. Log files are deleted after 30 days.

Evidence gathered for an inclusion check is held in memory for up to 2 hours so you can confirm items.

Taxonomy

Codes and term names come from the 211HSIS taxonomy as used in the Ohio 211 directory. The service does not provide 211HSIS definitions; see 211hsis.org. 211HSIS is copyrighted by 211 LA.

Ownership

The service, its software, design and content (excluding third-party data and the policy text, which belong to their owners) are owned by Polymath Strategies LLC and protected by copyright. © 2026 Polymath Strategies LLC. All rights reserved.
